Versatile
The new ATEQ Battery Charger Analyser can charge 2 batteries at the same time or full discharge 1 battery. You can set up multiple cycles and sequences of charge / discharge. Support all types of battery chemistry wether Ni-cd, Lead Acid or Lithium batteries. Charge at constant current I or U. Discharge at constant current I or U. Multi-channel management software available in order to monitor devices connected in network. To better support your needs the New ATEQ BCA comes in 2 versions in BCA 75 Volts / 40 Amps or BCA 48 Volts / 60 Amps.

Accurate & Reliable
You can measure up to 24 individual battery cells. You also can check temperature thanks to K thermocouple sensor.

Safety & Comfort
Progress and results of all cycles constantly displayed on the large 7 ich colour touchscreen display. Immediate or delayed test start. Audible alarm can be set for electrolyte level. Control multiple units thanks to the RS485 port.

Traceability & Predicability
You can define test result storage and research to keep track of your maintenance data. You can then monitor you battery life in the long run. It also easier to plan, perform and follow up predictive maintenace for your ground support equipment.

Cost effective
Because you can perform tests on serveral batteries at a time, the productivity of your maintenance ressources is optimised and you keep control of manhours every step of the way.

ATEQ BCA FAQ

Q. What happens when you have a 1 Ohm resistance connected to the cell ? 2021-06-22T12:05:19+02:00

A. When you have a 1 Ohm resistance connected to the cell, the current is equal to (Cell Voltage/1 Ohm), so, The lower the Cell Voltage is, the less current is available.

Q. How do you know the current you have on your cell in Deep Discharge mode ? 2021-06-22T12:05:55+02:00

A. When you don’t have the 1 Ohm resistance connected to the cells, no current is flowing, and the measurement is really what you have on the cell.

Q. How accurate is the Cell measurement during a deep discharge sequence ?2021-06-22T12:06:50+02:00

A. The cell voltage measurement is very accurate, typically <10mv.

Q. How many cables do you need for a measurement of cells and protection in Deep Discharge mode ?2021-06-22T12:07:23+02:00

A. The measurement of cells with 1 Ohm protection is made with the same cable.

Q. How is the Deep Discharge mode linked to Aerospace batteries ?2021-06-22T12:08:01+02:00

A. The principle of deep discharge is closely related to the Ni-Cd technology of aerospace batteries with electrolyte. This technology allows the voltage to go down to 0 V, which is practical when maintaining the batteries (e.g. changing a cell) to avoid electric shocks and/or short circuits with tools.
